In September 2012, the digital team at JCC Association launched an extranet for JCC Association staff and JCC professionals across North America to share resources and connect with their colleagues. I was tasked with creating comprehensive instructions for how JCC Association consultants, declared JCCA.me curators, could best use this new system. This included writing instructions about updating and maintaining personal profiles, creating resourceful content within departments i.e. Knowledge Bases, embedding media, and more.
This document is now on version 1.1, updated with new instructions for editing content as well as best practices.
